I recently had the opportunity to explore the city of Vancouver and its surrounding towns. Staying at the Four Seasons in downtown allowed easy access to shopping, food, and gorgeous views by foot. We walked to the Pacific Centre to do some shopping, Cafe Medina for a midday brunch, and Canada Place/Stanley Park for a stroll with an amazing view.

We also had a rental car which took us to farther destinations including Granville Island and Steveson Village. Granville Island's public market was a new experience for me although it vaguely resembled the Ferry Building in San Francisco. It was much larger with more food and grocery making it easy to get lost in. Steveson Village had small town vibes which I absolutely loved. It had a lot of shops right by the fisherman's wharf. All in all, Vancouver is a beautiful city with so much to see! I also made a video on my travels. Check it out below or click here!

Denim Mini

H&M Necklace, American Eagle Denim Skirt, Vagabond Boots

I threw this outfit together for an early night out since it works well for both day and night. For the day, the top has a high neckline and is not revealing except a sliver of midriff which is immediately covered by the extremely high-waisted skirt. At night, the skirt is skin tight which defines your curves well. This is why I have started to like denim skirts; they're so versatile! To add on a few inches, I went with my Vagabonds. Also, a change of hairstyle can give you a completely different look. I tried two braids instead of one to double the fun!

By this time you'd figure that I am surely still alive. Vacationing did not allow me time to update my blog since I constantly had things to do, in a good way. But now that I'm back, posts will resume. Keep an eye out for my post on Vancouver!

Day of Brogues

Staring at Stars Cropped Sweater, BDG Denim Skirt, Steve Madden Brogues

Lately I've been reaching back for my brogues. I still love the rich chocolate color and its worn feel. It just adds a little something to a plain outfit like this one.

On another note, I will soon be traveling to Washington, Oregon, and Vancouver, which means a bunch of packing, shuffling through airports, and long car rides. Hopefully I'll still be able to post during my trip, but if not, here's an early apology. You can always check out my Instagram @sarinaho to see what I'm up to!

Crème de la Crème

Staring at Stars Shorts, J. Crew Necklace, Lucky Brand Bangle, Heeled Espadrilles from Spain

Spurts of summer weather has been popping up here and there lately in the bay. It's always exciting since it means I can finally join everyone else experiencing real summer. Naturally, I take advantage of being able to wear more skin baring outfits than the typical year round fall ones. For this look, I chose to go with a cream scheme as it reflects heat well. To go with the outfit, I picked blush tones accessories including the bubble necklace I've been drawn back to recently, a pink and gold arm bangle, and a clutch in the lightest shade of pink.
